The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful during our

stay. The room itself was comfortable and well-equipped, but I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the bathroom. The shower had mold in the corners, which was unsettling. Overall, a decent experience, but improvements are needed.

Big hype, little substance

Despite a great location and attractive lobby, many issues marred my stay. Dirty furnishings, unresponsive management, and noisy hallways detracted from comfort. The breakfast was underwhelming, and there were malfunctioning amenities. The elevator issues compounded the frustration of my experience. I expected more, but the reality fell short of my expectations.

Utilize the spacious desk area for work to enhance productivity. it makes a significant difference during long stays.

Elevators frequently out of order, which is frustrating!!! Management's inconsistent responsiveness to issues needs immediate attention!!! Unpleasant odors in common areas significantly detracted from my experience!!!

The spacious room layout was great, but I was charged twice for my stay.

It was just a reliable pick for a flying visit in Houston with great value-to-price ratio. The gentleman working both the front desk and bar was friendly and really made us feel welcomed. Just be prepared for long wait times if you need assistance at the front desk.

I had an enjoyable stay during my 14 nights, with spacious Queen Studio accommodations that provided a perfect blend of comfort and functionality. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and a visit to the onsite restaurant was a delightful treat. Be sure to explore the local area for dining options too!

Family with children enjoy the big space

Had a decent room for our stay. there was a couch and a desk, very comfortable for work!

It wasn't cheap but still okay for what we got.

The spacious queen studio was ideal for our large family of 5 teenagers and 2 children, making it easy to enjoy movie nights in together.

My kids wished there were more family activities available in the hotel.

The stay was marred by significant security issues, as multiple vehicles, including ours, were broken into despite being under surveillance. On a positive note, the spacious King Studio was comfortable, and the breakfast featured some mouth-watering dishes that were quite delightful. Unfortunately, the hotel’s management did not provide any compensation or support for the incidents, leaving much to be desired in terms of customer care.

I stayed here for a family visit and found the checking-in process easy. The room was clean and comfortable, but there was an odd musk smell that wasn't pleasant. The breakfast options could use some improvement, particularly the freshness of the fruit. Overall, I enjoyed my short stay despite a few minor issues.
